Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions, and any terms incorporated herein by reference, govern the relationship between Marriott International, Inc. (“Marriott”) and the travel advisor who accepts these terms (“you”) with respect to the All-Inclusive by Marriott Agent Rewards Program (the “Program”). By submitting your data and clicking the check box, you agree that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. All Marriott Bonvoy Terms and Conditions apply.
AGENT REQUIREMENTS
To participate in the Program, you must:
o Be 18 years or older
o Complete and submit an enrollment form via MyBookingRewards
o Be a Marriott Bonvoy member with a Marriott Bonvoy account, if travel advisor does not already have an account, register here: https://www.joinmarriottbonvoy.com/aita/s/EN/
o Provide proof of active employment with a Marriott accredited Tour Operator or Travel Agent annually via IATA, CLIA1, ARC or TIDS number
IATA needs to be active at both time of booking order to collect the reward

1 US only, Travel Advisors MyCLIA profile must include your Employer Identification Number (EIN).
BOOKING RULES
Bookings must be entered via MyBookingRewards.com prior to the traveler’s arrival date on property
Bookings earn points only after the guest’s travel is completed and stay is approved by the property
Bookings must be for a minimum of 3 nights at a participating Marriott International All-Inclusive Resorts

Participating rate types: Retail rates, Wholesaler rates, and approved discounted promotional rates
POINTS EARNINGS
Bookings made through a wholesaler/tour operator, OTA, or Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS) will receive 500 Marriott Bonvoy points per room night actualized.
Bookings made via the GDS, Marriott.com, All-Inclusive.Marriott.com, Marriott’s Customer Engagement Centers or by calling the property direct will receive 1,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per room night actualized.
Marriott Bonvoy points are earned on qualified bookings after the booking has actualized and is approved by the Participating Property
Marriott Bonvoy points will be transferred to Travel Advisor’s Marriott Bonvoy account via MyBookingRewards six to eight weeks after completion of each individual stay logged at MyBookingRewards.com
Use of Marriott Bonvoy points will be governed by Marriott Bonvoy Terms and Conditions https://www.marriott.com/loyalty/terms/default.mi
In the event of a booking logged two times, the first booking entered will qualify for the award.
Bookings may be cancelled to either the Reservations or Front Office departments, if cancellation is not notified all points will be forfeited.
The program allows you to combine with eligible All-Inclusive by Marriott incentives or promotions unless specified otherwise.
Travel advisors are unable to collect awards if Marriott Bonvoy account is not connected to their MyBookingRewards account
Points will be transferred to the travel advisors individual Marriott Bonvoy account.
Marriott Bonvoy and program award points are not transferrable to another person or Marriott Bonvoy account.
If the booked property is re-branded to a Marriott non-All-Inclusive or a non-Marriott brand, the booking no longer qualifies for awards in the program.
It is each Advisor’s responsibility to comply with his or her own company policy and ethics concerning travel programs.
TAXATION:
Travel Advisors are responsible for any and all taxes incurred via participation in this program
The incentive detailed here is offered on a 'non-tax-paid basis'. It is the travel advisor’s responsibility to declare any applicable rewards to HMRC via your P11D form or the equivalent e.g. IRS W-9 for USA. If in doubt travel advisors should ask their employer's advice on this.
MARKETING
By registering for participation in the all-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy Agent Rewards Program you agree to us using your details for the sole purpose of communicating with you about this incentive and the hotel(s) detailed in this promotion.
All communications regarding this offer will come either from the hotel(s) detailed in the promotion, their appointed in-market representative, or All-Inclusive by Marriott Agent Rewards Program.
Marriott International will use all data that we receive in accordance with our privacy policy.
By sharing your email and your participation in this program, Travel Advisors agree to receive program updates and additional marketing materials related to this program.
TERM AND TERMINATION
Marriott International expressly prohibits fraudulent activity within this program
Any violation of any of these Terms and Conditions may result in your immediate removal from the Program at Marriott’s sole discretion.
Travel Advisors will be removed from program based on fraudulent activity.
MISCELLANEOUS
The sponsor of this Program is Marriott International. Marriott International reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel this Program at any time with or without notice to you.
Neither Marriott International nor its officers, employees, managers, directors, associates, servants, agents or representatives are liable for any claim, loss, or lawsuit resulting from any goods and service issued, or any acts or omissions, related to this program.
Marriott is the sole and exclusive owner or licensee of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and copyrighted or copyrightable materials of Marriott International, Inc., its affiliates, and the Marriott-branded properties. You may not, directly or indirectly, interfere with, challenge, file applications for, or claim ownership of these trademarks anywhere in the world.
In no event will Marriott, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its franchisees or licensees, any Marriott-branded property, or any of their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents be liable for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arise out of or are in any way connected with the Program or these Terms and Conditions.
Marriott makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through the Program.
Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program or these Program Rules will be handled individually without any class action, and will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to the Program or the Terms and Conditions is in the state or federal courts located in the State of Maryland, United States.
All Program benefits, amenities, offers, and services are subject to availability. Marriott may modify the benefits of the Program at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion.
Marriott’s waiver of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will not constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach of these Terms and Conditions. Marriott’s failure to insist upon strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions by you or any Member will not be deemed a waiver of any rights or remedies Marriott may have against you or any other Member. Marriott may waive compliance with these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion.
The Terms and Conditions, together with any other terms and conditions, rules, or regulations incorporated herein or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Marriott relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter. These Terms and Conditions may not be amended or modified except in writing by Marriott or by Marriott making such amendments or modifications available on MyBookingRewards.com.
